Yes. The shop is owner-operated and sees BMWs by appointment in South Charlotte. A walk-in schedule and opening hours are not published.

How does the diagnostic process work?
A diagnostic appointment is for understanding a symptom before repair work is recommended. It can include BMW ISTA diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, fault analysis, and a physical inspection.
Can I inquire about coding and programming?
Yes. The shop does BMW module coding, configuration, retrofits, and software-related programming. Compatibility is checked per car and is not assumed in advance.
Are performance upgrades available?
Yes. BMW performance modifications, upgrade installs, and tuning-related work.
How is service scope determined?
Scope is confirmed for the specific vehicle. Repair follows a diagnosis. Coding, programming, performance upgrades, and inspections are planned for that BMW.
